I recently bought a condo in Daytona Beach. Cora Innes was my realtor. She was excellent. She helped me find the condo that was right for me. She took the time to go look at all the different condos that I was interested in. She was able to face time me with her phone while I was in Massachusetts where I live full time. She was able to find out or figure out any and all questions that I had. I was lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is very good and is even a better person.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Jeff. He went above and beyond as our realtor. Whenever we had questions, concerns or needed advice he was always there to get the answers in a very prompt manner. When the seller was wanting unusual things from us he fought for us without knowing unit after the matters were dealt with. He guided us with all the intricacies of Florida real estate as we moved here from another state. Annette Cruz helped my husband and I find our new home. I reached out to her looking for a rent to own program as we had already been trying and were made to believe our credit and finances were just not ready for a regular mortgage loan. I explained my situation and she gave me her professional advice and referred me to a lender and about 2 months later I closed on a home with no rent to own program. She helped guide us to the lender that best fit our needs and walked us through the process every step of the way. She was available for every and all questions, viewings, inspections, absolutely anything that was required to ensure we were well informed on all properties we were interested in. She was professional, knowledgeable and informative. I never felt lost or confused through the process as I had been in previous experiences. I have already recommended her to several friends, family and will continue to do so. She was excellent!
